Iptv on smart tv?

Does this iptv smarter app still work?
I'm trying to get it to work but I'm getting failed to authorize

I have the app on my Samsung TV.
Anyname.... 12345
User name.... order number
Password.... order number
Http://s2.iptv66.tv:my route number
What am I doing wrong

O yea and I zeroed out my mac and did a iptv reset
