This small application let you downgrade or load other firmware.
it may be handy in the future.

reload your box into bootloader
select bootstrap update (first line) yes
select firmware update in menu trough MultiCast
now go to your PC

start MC application
new ip address for our mag254 is

224.50.0.100:9000
and
224.50.0.100:9001

select your bootstrap into line 1
and your imageupdate into line 2
start line 1
then start line 2
it takes very loooong time (hours)
