Could we please have a status update on the US channel problems? It's going on 3 weeks now and we haven't heard anything except that there is an issue. What is the ETA? Is there a workaround? Are active subs getting an extension when the issues are resolved?
Service right now does not work, not even a little.
Do you have it on a certain channel right now?
Golf, sky sports golf, vice, cbs ny, cbs nj, all premium channels, nat geo, discovery usa, history.. the list goes on.
As you stated no audio on golf also cbs nj
The rest do work .I am not saying they work well

They freeze and loop after a few minutes. It is the issue that the announcement is about. I just want an update on that issue and if there is an ETA on a resolution. It has been 3 weeks. Look at the threads around here, people are getting frustrated including myself.
That's not what you said. You said they were not working at all so I checked and they were up I also watched a channel for 20 minutes without a loop and am currently watching vice and it's working fine right now
I am aware the server is having issues a d lots of people reporting it So maybe it's getting better, dont

Golf channel is not freezing at the moment, i did re-check tsn and sky golf and they are still looping and freezing.
Golf channel freezing, AMC looping and freezing, Viceland down completely, TCM freezing, lots more. When is the US channel problem going to be fixed. It's been going on for quite a while now without any ETA on a fix.

I pinged the server it’s missing pockets big time !!! Every missing pocket will give you a freeze or black out etc
So it’s a bad connection!!! Happening
Every NBC local channel freezes after a minute or so, some are down completely.
This is so frustrating. Service is HORRIBLE right now and has been for weeks. Freezing, looping, channels down completely. When is this going to be fixed?!
Crazed any update on the US channel freezing issue that was posted WEEKS ago?

I have no updates concerning channels, sorry.

Been seen thou that if you have a buffer settings available, then set that as low as possible, zero would be good.
There are some many micro interruptions (continuous on some channels), that it seems if that buffer is set to any value then you end up waiting alot with a loading icon on-screen.
So set that buffer low or zero and see if that changes anything.
Difference should be noticeable. You will then see or should see those continuous 'micro freezes', which don't really stop the playback too much as they are so fast.
Thanks for the suggestion Crazed. I'll try that. Who would have some insight into when/if the issues are going to be fixed? Besides posting announcements, Dragonkiller isn't active in the forums.

No CNN MSNBC. or fox new the American. Channel are not there and when you get the channel only work for a few minutes
Another week has gone by, channels are still terrible. Golf channel quits after about a minute. Viceland works for about 30 seconds then you lose audio, then the entire stream freezes. I'm bout to just give up here.

VPN is not really helping in this situation, or so I have seen thru multiple messages.
I think maybe changing the DNS may be a better option to try before trying a VPN

will bee perusing Kodi also along with PC Security... that's enough for 4me...!!! and any Contests that Farmer1 might toss Our Way...!! :eek:

I feel sorry for those reseller they customer keep calling them to fix the missing channels
Service still sucks. It's kinda sad that I have to find free alternatives that usually are terrible quality and full of ads because my paid service hasn't worked in a month.

Something 4me happened upon the other evening... Saw that Kimbo had posted about the Movie "Crown Vic" and decided to watch it... All went well finding it and setting it up to watch... Watched about 3 minutes of it up to where the Cops caught up with the 1st Perp in that short alley way, then it Froze and Shut Down... Went Back to Main Screen on it's own... About that time the Loco News was coming on so I switched over to that... The Next Day 4me tried again to watch "Crown Vic"... Had problems getting it going so 4me went looking... Back to Main Screen, into settings... This Unit is Ethernet Connected and while looking into Settings 4me noticed that the WiFi Light was Green, meaning it was connected by the WiFi which it shouldn't have been... Turned that back to OFF(Gray Color) and All was good then... Movie was OK, a little to much of OFF-the-Wall Crap for 4me...!!!
So Check Your Settings to make sure All is OK2GO...!!!

now this is down again or what? yesterday was working good channel from latin america. today i come to watch the tour of france and it is down. what a waste of time is this thing.
Are we all getting a free month (or however long it takes) of service when this is fixed? I mean the last month does not qualify as working service.

Friendly reminder, service is still awful. How long has this been now? Seems like around 1.5 months. No feedback except the occasional announcement stating what we already know. Probably just to quiet all the complainers like me. When my sub is up there is zero chance of renewal.
