Hello friends I applied new factory update and now my box is not connecting to the server.
I tried already factory reset,software reset,uninstalled dreamlink on line and reinstalled and nothing work.
Any Idea will be appreciated.

is the internet showing as connected ?
WiFi or Ethernet ?

Turn WiFi off and try a reboot of receiver, then turn WiFi back on (if using WiFi)

when you say not connecting to the server you mean you are getting any error message? is your internet connection is good? are you using MAC or m3u? did you check your portal? did you perform reset?:)

Appreciate the heads up @Antgull, I almost updated mine and now I am glad that I did not! Seems like you can access the internet on your box but just not the server? Have a look at your mac address in the DOL2 setup for the server connection, is it the same as before? That's where I would start.....

Issue was prolly not related to the new update.
These Dreamlinks will at times (after an update for instance) loose their internet connection (wifi or ethernet). It sometimes takes some messing around to get it back.
Is why the questions concerning internet connection.


This new update is an Official update and not a Beta
