I cannot choose from Vixo 1 and Mag 254. I definitely prefer to have the wifi connection, can I am a bit concerned that the usb wifi adapter might slow down the box and have lots of freezing. From what I have read Mag 254 is the best box for IPTV with Rocket, but the Vixo 1 has it built in. On the other hand I have seen on the youtube videos that Mag 254 has lots of sports channels from Europe like Bein sport HD and Sky Sport HD.

Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Happy New Year!

I am sure in time the 5 plus ghz routers and modems will be out and this will be a thing of the past and newer iptv boxes to boot

When I called store selling MAG 254 and AVOV, guy told me that AVOV is better as it can do android as well!

I am new to IPTV so I do not know if he is right!

As things stand right now it can do android from the mickyhop app store...JMO, but I prefer a separate android and IPTV box..the decision is yours

Well, in theory.
Avov does some apps that xbmc/kodi runs and is an android modified box.
Avov does some of the same apps as xbmc but only the ones that are converted to run from the mickyhop app store. It also does iptv through an emulator for android, and still has some bugs to iron out. There is no google play or open source apps capable of running on it- only apps from mickyhop.

Mag does iptv and only iptv.
No apps, emulators, or converted anything. It is a dedicated box made to do one thing and do it well.

As it is now, I would rather have my mag and an android box than an avov. You need 2 boxes but get 2 boxes that do what you want, and do it well.

Hello BIO,
I'm in the process of selecting my box, and debating among MAG254, Avov tvonline+, and probably AVOV Vixo2.

I wonder if after 9 months of your post, you are still in the same page, or would recommend a specific one.

Is same programming available for all boxes? I also know that with the AVOV I can access libraries with tens of thousands of movies, but not sure if is the same for MAG254.

Many thanks for your input.
