Global Media Box resets immediately after I choose settings, my tv, browser etc...

Hey Guys.

I am having a major problem with my global media box. Every time the box boots and I press the any button on the screen such as My TV or settings the box immediately reboots. It also reboots if I just leave it there for five minutes. Is my box toast?

Thanks for the reply. When you say 8 eight times. You mean when sitting on the screen that shows my tv, browser, settings etc... right

toothpick goes in AV hole
then plug box in
