Where do I input my donation number at?

I know someone will post read the set up guide sticky. And I did. It dont say.. it says enter server info In portals but on my screen it says portal 1 name and portal 1 url. And portal 2 name , portal 2 url. Where do I put the donation number at ? Is it a secret button I press to give me that option. ?

if you've assigned your Mac address from your mag on your iptv provider site then all you have to do is add provider name where it says portal name and iptv providers url where it says portal url and save and exit.

Then why would I be getting a message that says stb blocked?
