Hi All

Well today we bought a Roku stick and digital antenna as our Shaw Gateway brains kept crashing and quickly learned, there is WAY too much to learn. My guro/geek days ended when Pentium 2 came out... when I’d be the one giving advice. Sigh, showing my age lol. Heading back to the boxes section to beg for help. Read for hours, too much, and still confused lol

TMI, if you are reading too much of the specifics without knowing the foundation 1st!
This is a little old, but Start Here ->http://iptvtalk.net/forumdisplay.php?115-Getting-Started

*Roku devices are not the way to go to enjoy the service properly(possible but not recommended).

You should stick with an android set-top-box (STB) with LiveTV/VOD client software (connects with the Server properly), built in.
recommend -DreamlinkT2, Formuler, Buzz etc. Newer models with min. 2Gb ram.

Anyway, that will get you going.
...and Welcome.

Marley, thanks, I think... however if we were your parents you would be legible by using punctuation.

lol, get a buzz or other android box and service, and really all else you need is to type, lol, get familiar with it, and have fun, today is not like ole days of true testing, although many still out there that still test,
