Mag 254 Connection Problem

Hi Guys

My Mag 254 has been playing up later when i switch on, once i switch on and it starts up I get as far as portal loading then followed by this error.

403 Forbidden

"server refuses to respond to request"

Anyone know how I can get my box to work please would be most grateful for any help thanks.

Check your internet connection and make sure you are connected. Try to reboot your router while box is off. Then check for URL and make sure your URL/donation .....etc is correct. if you provider can let you reset your donation then try that. If still no luck then from here I would reset my box but before you reset make sure you save your donation info and do it on your own risk. Hope this will.
