I have a z7+ problem I need some help with , I turned on the box and it was booting normal and then a message popped up (enter eco stand by ) then the box shuts down and it does this every time any body know what I can do about this ? any help in the matter will of course be well received and thank you ...

I cant get my box to wake up , I know there is an update in there, I missed that fixes this issue but ive done the power cord reboot and menu reboot , ive tried a few things and I cant seem to wake it up ????

Until there is a fix in an update,
Before you shutdown, make sure all programs are closed (exited out properly).
The STB should then Startup normally.

for now you can just unplug power for 10 seconds.

Also, turn off "Eco Power Mode" under Settings>> System Settings

kens ; I cant get n2 the box at all ive done the unplug for longer then 10 sec. I cant get it to wake up if I can get in the box I can update it and turn off eco I have a vid of what its doing incase some one wants to view it

you may have to do a hard reset using a USB stick with the recovery tool.
