Perfect Player (Only) Template *Channel #'s & HD's replace the SD Channels

I got fed up with forgetting what the channel numbers are, so I compiled this little number, so that I can "de-stress".

I also had no need for the SD channels if there is an HD equivalent, (and I certainly was not going to insert 8000 Filler channels so as to include the HD's at 9000 ), so all the HD channels are moved back to their original location and the SD's are removed (Channels that have no HD equivalent are still where they normally are).

Notes:
- Sorry, English listings only.
- Adult and Sports packages Included.
- New Channels that were never in the lineup, have been placed along with similar channels of that category.

* Search and Replace terms, are as my normal releases;
