press and hold the power button for a few seconds.

that file is really just a command telling the receiver to perform a reset

Recovery File did not work, now the light stays on green and no picture with black screen and does not turn off to red.

hate to say it, but contact your seller. You will need a new box.

they will be able to get that box working

if the light is green, try pressing the resolution button a few times to be sure it didn't flip over to PAL instead of NTSC

Recovery File did not work, now the light stays on green and no picture with black screen and does not turn off to red.

get another HDMI cable, just in case, then unplug STB, plug in HDMI and connect to TV, turn on TV (set to that HDMI input#).
Plug STB in. wait 30 sec then press power button.
(if stb is initially powered on without the TV connected, it cannot sense the Mode to set to and, as mentioned above, may be set to what they use in China (lol))

Hello
I have tvAvov 4K, I tried to reset the box , isn’t working.
Two small lights red and blue are flashing, the screen of the tv is black, no chances to restart the box .
Any help will be very helpful to reset the box.
