Confused noob time shift

Hey guys I am new here and doing a lot of reading to the point I feel stupid :(

So I have iptv all setup using Tecbox so what is the correct time shift for uk please

ok seems my problem is more then just the time zone the information displayed on whats on the current channel does not reflect what is showing for example right now it says channel it says Neigbous is on 7.30pm-8pm yet right now its showing the news lol

guess I may have missed up seting this up lol

ok so the information being displayed is about 1 hour and 30mins behind where it should be checking the tv listing

ah never mind I found the solution I had to adjust the time shift to 0 and reset the data base and restart now displays the correct information
