Sub $100 IPTV box that is readily available?

I'm pretty new to the scene, but learning quickly.

I wanted to ask if there are any boxes under $100 that are worth having and that are available for sale in the US. I wanted to get a Mi Box, but it is completely sold out and was looking at other alternatives.

Here's what I want to achieve:



Watch IPTV (no gaming, no netflix, no anything else)
Have the unit connect to a VPN all the time (If I use an Android-based system I can use my exisiting VPN's APK to install)
Speedy menus (no lag)
Relatively easy to set up


I'm currently using TNT and it works pretty well and I'm happy with the service.

Would a Fire Stick be the next logical choice?

Any insight you can provide?

Buzz xpl3000 is a good unit.
These Services (for IPTV) will not be possible to use with a VPN.
