Dreamlink t1 plus loses mac address on the panel and asks for codes

After the new update my dream link t1 plus stops suddenly and asks for the password! On the reseller panel mac address shows 00000000 ! Everyday it happens 2-3 times. I have tried factory reset, software reset but still same problem! Fortunately i am reseller so it is easy to put mac again��

But it is a hassle for sure.
