I found this in Sam1's recent thread.
Thnx profster and donaldb and Sam :)

I believe the problem is in the name you use ie for NFPS ........ after server.tv add the following with no spaces ie. hxxp://p1.iptvp......server.tv/c/index.html that is the full path and might be needed to get the server to work.

Thanks profster this worked for me.
Should be a sticky!

after server.tv add the following with no spaces /c/index.html

You can also find the full server URL at your perspective service websites, just log on to your code and it will show there in red print.

this did not work for me hopefully they come up with something to fix it, now the only way to get some channels faster than looking one by one is to save them in the favorites but the channels are been resetting automatically and I loose all the saved channels

does not work.

I attempted to do this on the PORTAL page where the url is and it didn’t work.
I also went to the PORTAL M3U section and entered http://p1/iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html:80/get.php.................m3u_plus&output=ts followed by the link supplied on rocket checker for the M3u Generic with options and this didn’t work giving me an error

Channels are not in order and starts with Channel 1. Nothing similar to the channel lineup table

You tried this on Menu/Portal/ Edit Screen?
http://p1/iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html (http://p1/iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html:80/get.php)
Forget this part....:80/get.php (http://p1/iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html:80/get.php).

If you are using the address as posted, it will not work. Where you have a slash / after p1, it should be a . period.

Yes I know,

It would not let me edit the post due to permissions, etc.

I used the http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html in the Portal URL section in the DOL2 and the error message is (Portal not available).

in the playlists section next to M3U Playlists Im using

http://p1.iptvrocket.tv:80/get.php?user=xxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxxxx&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

So I tried

http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html:80/get.php?user=xxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxxxx&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

and nothing.

The channels has the correct grouping and all its just not correct.
Example Discovery is 105 channel which use to be USA channel. Its showing 828 channels.

go back to the rocket website and open the m3u_plus playlist again and copy that URL and open it in your browser.
It should give you a download on that m3u file. If it does not then could be that something is wrong with the portal match...

It should give you a download on that m3u file. If it does not then could be that something is wrong with the portal match...

Issue fixed.

There should be a sticky with regards to channels not in regular order. The reason was the portal address /c/index.html and inserting the MAC ID in the portal checker.

So here is what I did because the portal checker either lets you do MAC address or playlist. If you insert MAC, you can't pull the list for the playlist to get the full URL. It says, "Sorry but playlist option is not available for those using MAC Address Authentication." which is why I reverted the MAC when I initially tried it to Zeros in order to get my playlist address url.

If your having the channels problems do this.

1. Erase all Portals and Playlist fields.
2. Make sure your box is up to date in software.
3. Create a new portal on your box, and in the portal address add the /c/index.html to the end of your portal address.
4. Insert username and password
5. When it attempts to log in, it will FAIL with a pop up message, which is correct that this will happen when you add the /c/index.html to the end of the address. Leave it on this screen for now.

6. Go to Rocket Portal Checker (in this test) over the web browser.
7. Country Lock your donation and hit apply.
8. Click on the Playlist you like and save the address... very important. Remove the playlist selection and leave it blank in order to be able to insert MAC afterwards.
9. Change IPTC MAC button and insert your MAC.
10. Re-login and hit IPTV reset.

11. Still with your box on the Fail screen pop up when it attempted to log in, pull the power and restart the box.
12. If you did everything correct, Portal will connect now and your channels should be sorted.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Any ideas on this below?

?13? - What do I do with the playlist??
- Do I need to insert playlist in DOL2 or is it redundant since the the channels are already sorted by fields if I move to the left with my remote??
- Is there a difference with the generic vs the generic plus options playlist??

With the method above, adult channels are already included and sorted with correct channel numbers. I thought generic plus options included the adults and the generic standard did not show Adult(xxx) in the sorting field. When I tried the standard portal address with playlist generic, adults channels could not be found anywhere. Once I put the plus options playlist in the DOL2, it showed (this is before adding the /c/index.html with the incorrect channel numbers). Weird that without the playlist on usb/inputted manually on the DOL2, it showed up using the /c/index.html without using a playlist. Don't know if I'm spot on or not.

Thanks

there is a Sticky on this...we are in it :)
And too is about the full URL

There are answers to everything you commented on, I am kinda overwhelmed at the moment thou.. it been a long day for me
But I will tell one main point....

Generic_plus means that the Playlist includes script for channel logos, channel names, movie names, movie categories and etc..
Each channel line in an m3u playlist carries this script and can be edited/

The other non-plus Generic m3u playlist does not have that script in each and every channel line, so no logos and etc...

Each version should have nothing to do with channels working or not.
Each version carries the correct scripts in their lines for the channels to work, just no logos, no catagories and etc..(again) (accordingly).

Much more answers too, posted in sticky threads in m3u forum section :)
Most your questions I have answered in a thread or two .. them stickies will show yea...

i will get back to you with more answers with some points made (What do I do with the playlist??) ... but now is sleep time :)

well I have seen this for a while and I have the same problem, only that I was told that this is not possible with IPTV66 wish I have and so far channels are not in regular order, I can maybe deal with that but then if I try to save to favorites it will only keep it as long as I don't turn it off or power off, If I do it will be back to the same thing, and no preset channels in favorites anymore. I did not renew my account for the past 3 months to see or wait till this was fixed, I was told all this was fixed in the new update wish I just did yesterday and all the channels, epg and some other things are still the same, nothing is been resolved that I noted, I will try to find a fix again, but this is a hassle to find channels with the wrong number, and the rest of the issues, I will let this month expire again and keep an eye on any news about this problem. If there is a fix for this T plus with IPTV66 please let me know where I can find it, I will appreciate the help.

If this is not the case then simply add /c/index.html onto the end of your current URL

and re-read kronik's post from above :)

I did add the /c/index.html and I did not get an error it went trough to the channels working but nothing changed, the channels are still in the wrong order, now this it self throws me off from what the post instructions to fix this because I did not get an error to wait for. 2. I did followed the instructions from the post by Cronic187 anyway, so I went all the way to #8. "Click on the Playlist you like and save the address... very important. Remove the playlist selection and leave it blank in order to be able to insert MAC afterwards." same question than the other post what do I do with this copied list? 3. in the ip66 we don't have a "IPTC" "Change IPTC MAC button and insert your MAC" if it mean the IPTV Mac adres button I did and that ends up doing nothing but revert the changes to the original state as per mac and not m3u list, that is very confusing. 4. I went on with everything anyway but nothing changed after the #10. "Re-login and hit IPTV reset." 5. and no we all having this problem know that changing menu settings, turn group channel numbering OFF does not fix this, that was the first thing we tried long time ago when we start having this problem. So I don't understand why this issue started after the update a few months a go, before that update on march or so everything was fine, I did not do anything different and suddenly we have this issues, as I mention before I cant use the save favorites ether so every time we have to search for random numbers on channels without the ability to save at least, but I have clients waiting to see if this is fixed, I tried because I was told this was fixed but is not, I will wait again for this month to expire and hope for a fix so I don't have all this clients complaining about it and not buying just for the numbers, in the mean time this is an isse and I can't find how to fix it. I will keep an eye for any updates. Thank you for the help, I appreciate it.

#8. "Click on the Playlist you like and save the address... very important. Remove the playlist selection and leave it blank in order to be able to insert MAC afterwards." same question than the other post what do I do with this copied list?

It's not the list that is copied, it is the List's URL that you copy.
In that URL, it will show what the current server URL is that is assigned to your code.
I see that with iptv66, it does not show the URL when opening the log in page, so using the playlist URL to see your portal URL is one way to do that.

Now I understand. At the Donation checker, I selected playlist option 'Generic with options'. then saved the URL. Copied URL into VLC, and changed
the URL Portal to ==> server.tv/c/index.html. Then tried to propagate the list. Got VLC error unable to open the MRL.

crazed 9.6
06-21-2018, 12:03 AM
unable to open MLR means that the VLC is not seeing the path to the channels.

It could be that your firewall is blocking it and you can get into firewall settings and allow VLC ... but most likely it can't find the path because the server URL is in-correct.
Go back to using the short version of that URL and see what happens.

1. If no change with the long version, then go back to the short version of the URL

It's not the list that is copied, it is the List's URL that you copy. In that Playlist URL, it will show what the current server URL is that is currently assigned to your code.
If you are not gonna use the Playlist, then the only function this does is give you the correct URL that is attached to your code.
I see that with iptv66, it does not show the URL when opening the log in page, so using the playlist URL to see your portal URL is one way to do that.
What ever it shows there as the URL, is the one to enter into receiver's server setup menu. It will be either start with s1 or s2

3. The MAC needs to be re-attached if using the MAC method to connect to the server.
The m3u Playlist is just another method available. And again,we only opened that to retrieve the current server URL.
Near the bottom of that log in page is the shortcut icon to Change MAC Address... That is where you attach the MAC, yes.

https://iks66.tv/main/search

And what about entering the username and password as User Credentials on these receiver setups ?
Are you using the credentials in the setups ?

I've been using the original un-edited version for a long time with no problems

Here is a test I tried..
1.Took the original URL http://p3.iptvprivateserver.tv:80/get.php?username=309230573451&password=309230573451&type=m3u_plus&output=ts pasted it
into my browser, and hit enter. The URL was found and asked to open or save the list.

2. When I pasted the new version of the URL http://p3.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html:80/get.php?username=309230573451&password=309230573451&type=m3u_plus&output=ts I get Web page cannot be found

The Playlist URL is seen and found once you open your code at the website and remove any MAC that may be attached. Then a Playlist option will appear.

Full directions are shown thru the link below http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?27375-How-to-get-an-IPTV66-Playlist Ok maybe I did not explain my self correctly, I know where the list/URL is and I know where it goes, I know the steps to go to the "IPTV Reset & Route Checker" and get the list by change the Mac in 00, I did all that and it works with the m3u list/URL genetic with options and some others but the channels are the same from 1 and up, not in order. Ok, after entering the m3u list and not changing anything I switched back to Mac and left the list on, and It did work when I switched back, sorry I get it now, its a bit confusing in the steps but it did work, all channels are in order now, is just to much of a hassle to do for every client, and the favorites are still not saving, every time I restart or turn off the box I loose everything, but at least I got the order of numbers and channels, thank you!!
