A easier way to revert back to firmware 2.20.5
Go to the embedded portal (inner portal)

settings
reload portal
confirm OK
Embedded Portal
Press the menu button when loading. (Prompt to press Menu for settings)
settings
Software autoupdate
change autoupdate to disable (to prevent the firmware getting the new version again)
F2 Update Manualy
press the left or right button to choose the firmware 2.20.05-324 (Dec 27 2017)
F1 Update.

That's it

Your sound distortion will go away and you will also have FF & Rewind back.

I have a 322 but only VOD works. Where I can get firmware 2.20.05-324 (Dec 27 2017)? Rolling back does not work, need a copy to mount in a USB.

As far as I know, the mag410 is the only Mag model with Android Operating System.

does that 322 use HDMI connection or is it the RCA jacks (yellow, red, white) ?

Audio is carried thru both types.

volume on tv all the way up,322 is loaded up good picture no sound 322 is turned all the way up.

Make Sure Audio Settings/ HDMI/ - is set to PCM

I had the same problem so I updated to newest software and working good now with audio
