Hi There - I'm having a bit of trouble with my box and I'm trying to assess what I might be able to do to fix it.
Today when I attempted to turn on the Global Media Box I saw only a black screen. None of the normal loading graphics displayed at all.
The screen of the TV was black and no noise came from the box at any point. The Global Media Box graphic that normally comes up as the box loads was nowhere to be found.
The box did register my remote as I would see a light blink whenever it received a message
The front of the box showed "boot" then "-------" then the time.
Happy to provide more info but would love to hear if this is something someone else has experienced
