Yes. I have this box, too and upgraded to 17.6. Can't remember if I was able to just install 17.6 over 17.3 or if I first had to uninstall. I have several different boxes and some will let you upgrade over existing installs. Sorry I can't remember on this particular box. I only used it a couple of weeks before I replaced it.

Just copy the current addons and addondata folders to a thumb drive first if you have to uninstall and then copy back over and restart Kodi. You can export any libraries to the thumb drive first, too and then import them into the new install.
