Firestick-Perfect Player-VOD

I have the Firestick loaded with Perfect Player and generic playlist with options and an egp. Regular channels work fine but how do I get to the VOD section?

scroll all the way up to the top of that channel list and the categories can then be accessed by the arrow icons seen beside the category heading.
These icons can not be seen till you scroll to the top, or use a mouse attached or the RCU mouse function and click on them category access buttons at any time.

I don't have arrow by the channel selection in top left. I changed the playlist input to VOD box checked and now I get VOD but lost egp. I change from the select source to VOD. If I change back to IPTV and delelte VOD box the epg returns?
