This movie is one of the most underrated "preppie" comedy films ever. The song by Shandi is pretty good too, I was in Memphis at the rail yard when they filmed the scene by the old Southern tool house at the east end of Forrest yard when the two thugs in the pink Cadillac chased Judd nelson across Southern avenue into the Country Club wall at about 27 to 33 on the first clip. Man how times change, everything there is gone now. A couple of my friends did the location scouting.

Hah,, yeah and he looks good in the beard even though he was just like Carlson in the movie, I think he just went straight to the college after they shut down the radio station. After all he couldn't afford Loni anyway, even Burt couldn't. I really liked Burt in The Last Movie Star, just being himself as always. Hated to see him ease out. Quint Asper was on TV all the time when I was younger, and still is most days. Straight roads and light loads my friend, Riversbend bunch is all well, and turning out the lights till Tomorrow sleep well.
