mag254 no hdmi video out put??

my mag254 was working i turned it on i have no video out to tv , tried new cable that worked on android box its okkk

how can i get mag to boot up to tv ?
i tried avi cable that came with it still no video..?
the blue light comes on as power up.

maybe time for new one....
any advice on saving the box...

iam looking at mag 322 can not find set up

is it same as 254 ?thanks
