I put it in exactly as you have it and checked twice and I can't get it to install,
when I go to install from zip file I I get a blank blue line am I missing something??

Unless maintained, site specific scraper addons stop working, as the website changes. That's probably what happened to that addon. Those websites get their revenue by ads they host on their sites, they'd rather not have some Kodi addon bypass their ads, so they change things up often.

You use a browser first to get to the mediafire page. (copy Link and paste into your browser)
There will be a green button at top right.
When it says Download (1.23 mb), click it.
You will get a Download dialog box. Select Save File and OK.
The file is now in your Download folder of your device.
Start Kodi, go to System Settings/ Add-ons/- Click "Install from Zip file"
Depending on the platform, go to your Download folder.
Windows would be c/your username/downloads
Android is probably External Storage/downloads or SD Card/Downloads
Scroll down to the plugin.video.video-devil zip file, and select it.
Wait for it to say at bottom right "Video devil enabled"
Exit out to your home screen.
Select Videos/ addons/click Video Devil.
Confirm you are a dirty old man (lol) and enjoy.

this is what I get when I go to unzip the file---plugin_video_videodevil_1_7_163.ZIP>ZIP and when I click
it on it says up in the right Corner failed to install from zip file--any thoughts on this??

just noticed when I take the SD card out of the box the video devil does not appear in the file manager--
or when I go to install from the zip file it doesn't appear there either. Does this sound right or am I
missing something.

I highly suggest not using the Stalker Client for Kodi. You could go the 'playlist method' not using the MAC authentication, and use the PVR simple client using Potato TV, and you will see Adults, if you so desire. Chasing 5 or 6 Adult channels on the supported servers that aren't natively streamed isn't really worth it, especially with all the free stuff using VideoDevil, IMO.

I may be wrong as I haven't tested the Stalker Client in a very long time, but the developer didn't code for the way the servers did its parental controls.
