Factory reset

Hello. I'm trying to do a factory reset with the t1 plus. I followed the instructions from this website and my box will not boot into.recovery while pressing channel up button what can i do? The box warranty just expired last month......trying to reset box because it gets stuck on T1 logo and I have to unplug box 20 times before it loads

do you have anything plugged into the box ?
Like a USB device or the ethernet cable ?

Unplug everything except the power cord and HDMI cable

I've tried that still nothing.

if you can navagate well enough with no TV screen, then unplug that HDMI cable too and retry the reset.

Just tried that as well and still the same...I'm pressing the Channel up button hundreds of time and nothing.....guess I can't do.it lol
