Dreamlink T1 plus loading

I received my new box two days ago and everything worked ok.
This morning I power up and everything looks good it connects to sever epg populates VOD plays fine but when I tune a channel it just stays on loading with the epg showing at the bottom every once in a while but no video.
I uninstalled DOL2 and reinstalled and get the same thing and help would be appreciated.

Some people are reporting issues with certain portals. If you are still having issues, do an IPTV Reset first and reconnect.

I am not sure what was going on I am new to the T1 plus my mag 254 was fine on the same server and now after around 4 hours of trying, all of a sudden the T1 is tuning channels.
It seemed weird that VOD and the epg seemed to be fine.
