No EPG info on British Cnannels

It's now 3 days and I have no info on just the British channels,
USA info is ok on my MAG254.
Is it just me or are others having the same issue?
I have tried to reboot the devise but no info appears. Thks

Yes British Channels don’t have any info. I would also like to know when will it be rectified.
