Is it safe to assume this is a provider issue and not a software issue?


I've never had an IPTV service that every channel worked so not sure what to think. So when I go to a channel and get the above message I just assume it's the provider. But there has
been times when I get that message and then change players within the Buzz app and then I will get a picture.

Also, when watching a channel, that message will pop up randomly for a few seconds and then go back to the picture. This scenario really has me scratching my head.



I guess I could use different apps outside of the Buzz App to see if the issues happen there but I'm curious on other's thoughts?

All iptv boxes act different also this could be software related from either provider or box it self.

Box is reporting what its receiving, either your internet is shutting down(not too likely) or the source feed is screwy (more likely)

that's exactly what it is
it means what it shows...stream is not available
