Will not accept https:// URL's

DOL will not accept https:// URLs. DOL2 seems to accept them but it goes into an endless loop when it tries to load the URL and the only way out of it is to remove the DOL2 app and reinstall it.

The HTTP etc. is already there. Just enter the part of the portal address.

the "s" is for secure sites. Not used in this case
