Hey all,

When attempting to clear cache using the Potato TV app and selecting generate new token I get an error that states: Clear Caches FAIL! too many values to unpack. Anyone else getting this error? It's causing the EPG not to load and no channels are being listed in the TV section of Kodi or in the Potato TV app.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Are you using the latest version? It sounds like the add-on is caught in a loop.

You could delete the cache manually and go directly to IPTV or VOD, bypassing cache clearing. Cache files are found in the following folder:

Kodi/userdata/addon_data/plugin.video.potatoTV/[portal_name]

I'm using v 1.9.9-r11.

I've deleted the cache manually like suggested and now it will load into the VOD area of the Potato TV add on but still will not load the IPTV area, still won't load an EPG in the TV area of Kodi, and still gives the same too many values to unpack error.

I'm going to try uninstalling the add on, rebooting and reinstalling.

I'm not sure what if anything changed but it is now working, clearing cache and generating a new token. Weird. Thanks for your help y'all and Ilian!
