mag254 problem

i have mag254. i used it for server provider whom i no longer with. i set the box to default. the new donation provided me the portal name without http://. i am confused about what to enter in general, portal and url. i have username and password but it does not come up.

would someone help me?

Put the http:// in front of what they gave you. The username and password are both the donation number.
