is there any way to get different local channels from other cities such if i was in san franscico and i would want the channels that are based ion southern california? are there any direction to get them beside moving down there

If you are moving there you may want to set up an ASTC antenna and get a HD homerun device. San fran is a big city it likely broadcasts your locals over the air for free in 1080p. .. you can then connect to the HD homerun device through Kodi.

I know of no reliable streams/plugins that have locas for that area.. If you were hoping to get it on a stalker client that is unlikely, your at the mercy of what the people running the server decide to give you, and they dont ilke requests.
