Box not connecting

i setup a new Mag254 and it not connecting to the server i went on line put in the mac address but after loading am getting the yellow bar and it stop midway try rebooting nothing happen

Try with a reload of portal then more power off/on if that does not work some had to do it a few times to get it to catch, server was slow early this morning try at different times may get you connected.

are we still using the same iptv server after you enter the mac address

Nothing has changed except server is slow to today, if you can start to load the bar go away and go back in i5min it may just catch.

p.s requires perseverance this morning.
