Remote access?

Hey guy's is it an other dreamlink bug that you can't use QS team Viewer to access the box remotely? (denied by remote user)??

i say an other cause the EPG is a drag... tried 3 providers and epg loads half way or not at all..and support say it is the DOL 2 bug...uhhh
