Strange Problem with MAG 254 Remote

Recently I have noticed a strange issue with the MAG 254 remote. This has happened at different locations. The power button light (red) flashes continuously for a while, stops and then the remote goes dead. I put in new batteries, but the remote does not respond. Anyone else has had this experience? This has happened with used remotes, and a brand new remote as well. Any ideas?

This is a no-brainer suggestion but... increase the tension on the battery contacts.

no man this is not a remote problem cause i used another remote and still the same probleme

Try another HDMI cable or Press SETUP and OK button at same time and hold for 2 seconds red LED will flash 5times. Reset is done.
