diffrent problem with mag254

hi

i have unblocked lots of theses boxes but this one has me stumped

so i flashed the firmware using a new usb correctly formated with diffrent firmware versions old and new but it does not show any portal options when i go to settings and servers screen it only shows general and advance

please help

have you try a factory reset after you loading the new firmware
