I guarantee you this is a winner. No matter how you do your pork steaks now you will love this. If lazy and don't want to mix up the sauce yourself, my suggestion is to use Maul's(a St.Louis sauce) or Blues Hog. My personal preference is Blues Hog...KC Masterpiece is ok also...I use mince garlic rather than powdered or granulated garlic, also...enjoy
