Subtitles?

Why is there subtitles on all the movies I have watched lately? Very distracting to say the least. Will this go away or is it here to stay. Certainly hope it is temporary.

they are embedded in some of the titles, you cannot get rid of them. Price you pay for seeing first run movies that aren't released yet in your region...
