hard time to exit off kodi help needed

hello to all
new to the site i have a question need help with for some reason when i click on to exit kodi.
it just sits there like it freezes up. i have to keep hitting exit to where a pop up from windows comes up and i have to click program not responding end now.

Right click on the taskbar then hit start task manager then hit on the process top now scroll down to the kodi right click on it and hit end process now your done.

me i find what box i use one takes forever and the other one about 10 sec but if not work do what date said or i just click back to the start on my mygica
