View Full Version : Netflix - Android TV version? - Certain channels with no sound? - BuzzTV

So far, really impressed with this box. I resolved my VPN and Parental Control issues. Now, I was wondering if there's any way to get the TV version of Netflix installed on these devices? I've tried a few APK files I found for v4.0.2 that were Android TV versions but they didn't work on this box.

Also, i'm noticing some channels don't have sound altogether and there's an every so slight audio sync issue on some of the channels. Any ideas/suggestions?

to get netflix to work better is to use a air-mouse ...don't know anyother way..............

Look on Amazon for the novanco mx3... Very cheap like $13 it's a great air mouse for that device.

PROBOX2 Remote+ ..... is very good too............not expensive ................... $26.99 at Amazon ....I think it's the best Air Mouse Remote on the market

They pre install a working version of the Netflix Android Tv apk

It works well with a remote as it uses the 10 foot interface. It also gets 1080p on this app, something the mobile app cannot do

This is because Buzztv comes with Widevine level 1 DRM

Whenever I would try to launch the stock Netflix app that came with the Buzz TV box, it gives me an error - I could never get it to launch - which is why I ended up downloading the other netflix app from the playstore. How do I get the stock Netflix app working?

PROBOX2 Remote+ ..... is very good too............not expensive ................... $26.99 at Amazon ....I think it's the best Air Mouse Remote on the market

I'd prefer to get a remote with a keyboard on the back. I'm looking at the Minix Neo A3 remote but not sure if it'll work with our box.

Also, how easy is it to program some of the keys? Says you can program up to 5 keys. I'm thinking specifically the Live TV, EPG buttons to start.
