Hi Guys

Having a bit of a problem with my new T1 plus,

Have set everything up with my provider, installed dol2.

But when I am viewing channels after a minute or so I get a black screen.

The channel then reloads and show the mini guide.

Very strange.

Can anyone please help me?

PS Have tried a factory reset a few times but the issue is still the same, have tried another hdmi cable also.

Just tried with the original dol, it is marginally better but still goes blank after a minute or so.

Praying someone can help me

Thank you in advance

It's probably your provider, when the channel buffer the screen goes blank every time instead of showing a freezing image

Hello

Normally when it buffers, there is a wheel that spins.

My picture literally goes blank

Sometimes the wheel spins and other time it just shows a blank screen
Mine does that also....how long does the blank screen last? Mine only
Last a few seconds.

When it buffer you will get the spinning wheel but when it freezes you
will get the blank screen.

It just goes blank, literally nothing else happens.

Stays blank, but if I re-load the channel or move up one it comes back on only to black out again

Mine doesn't do that...it only does it for a few seconds and then it goes back to normal
Let me play with mine for a little bit and see if it does what you're referring too because
I haven't used it in a few days

The best thing to do is to send it back and get a new one.....it sound like your unit maybe defective

do box reset first if that dont work talk to them about sending back think some video drivers are not loading even check what the rez is set to and as box reset unplug it for few mins
