Mag 256 won't lock channels

Can't get my Mag box to lock channels, I have the correct pin, select the channel, hit app button and enter my pin and press ok but nothing. The yellow button works for favourites and I did a factory rest but still can't lock the channels.....any suggestions

Don't quote me on this but I believe that's a bug/limitation in the current Stalker version used by your provider! My provider is using version 5.0.3, as most are, and also doesn't work for me.
Since latest Stalker version is at 5.1.1, I wonder when the providers will update their servers... For whatever reason, most are stuck at 5.0.3!

Thanks mjvc, think I'll have to remove the channels in the meantime.
