Connect on roc donation green light. This turns off internet to normal stb(linkbox). If you want to run one or the other, what is answer? Can it be changed>

Not sure what you are asking, but if you are concerned about your code and the IKS and IPTV, then they should be good for both until IPTV goes live. Then you will need to pay either the add on fee for the IPTV, or the prorated fee for IPTV if your IKS codes were activated before Jan 1, 2015.

Note: This applies to all donations purchased before or after January 31st, 2015. All customers who plans to use the IPTV service needs to have a MAC Address linked to an active Donation.

This is confusing as hell. After you link your mac, you will not loose service. You can use your Mag box and your Satellite receiver at the same time. You just can't run 2 Mag Boxes at the same time.

Several reason could be your donation expired or you are using it with another mac already.
