Just got this new box in to make it my primary box and put my fire tv in my bedroom. Has awesome specs, great reviews, well I had to factory reset it to get the audio to start working and now I can't seem to access the Google Play store to get other apps I have I love that I got on other Android devices. I emailed support and got nothing back but I realize it's a Saturday so was wondering if anyone else has had this happen on any of their boxes????
