simple pvr client??

Hello all.I have been trying for a couple of days now to try and enable "simple client pvr". The problem i am having is that I dont have the option. Simple client pvr isnt there. I have checked disabled addons, enabled addons, programs etc. The pvr client list does populate with some options, none that work . I cant figure it out....Is it a frodo thing maybe????? thanx j

jtpl you will have to fresh install kodi or xbmc I know one of the beta versions ofkodi had no simple iptv client
