I have the dreamlink t1 plus and was trying to setup vpn on the default android system vpn setup. I have tried multiple VPNs and different tunneling methods however it appears that while the system settings for vpn is available it just doesn't work, it won't connect. I can use one of the apps in the marketplace as I signed up to PIA however when I boot the t1 I have to go through a process to turn VPN on. Does anyone know a workaround or how to get the system settings for vpn working so I have a seamless VPN connection while using the dreamlink? I don't want to have to use a ddwrt router in between my ISP router as the router I have has a degraded and low download speed due to the cpu. A software based solution appears to be my best option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
