Once in the Inner Portal...
Check in the Server Settings and then Server menu and look at the server URL address.
That address may tell you.

i check, but there are not clue from where is it, it's end with .ru

Take the URL/server address and type it into google. You should be able to find it mentioned somewhere.

We only talk about the services sold here, so if it isn't one of those, unfortunately there isn't any way to help you further with this issue.
