lol ! nobody blocked your stb. When that message comes up it means you werent able to log on to server. It's a pre-written message that is proprietary to the stalker middleware software and most likely will be seen on MAG receivers. Most people were able to see the fight and log on to server. I'm sorry you had issues but the server did not fail. It delivered like usual.

wish i could tell you why some got that I get this with bad mac address blocked Stb which dont make any sense to me at this time

just a default message meaning you don't have a valid mac address

did you follow the setup instructions?

So how do you troubleshoot/fix this issue? Or will it eventually right itself? I've tried rebooting portal.....rebooting device and it still comes back to the same message.

I had the same problem with the same answers as the above post. (reboot) Someone finally told me to reset my box, which I did and it went away. See instructions in stickys.

Actually, mine said STB DAMAGED, call provider. Don't know if that would be the same solution.

I had the same problem. I got a message and reset the box several times without success. Perhaps the server was overloaded?

I never had a problem with mag254 and tvonline but from reports some had which they could not rectify with the usual resets, Tinie is aware and a solution is being worked on.
Times like this will be good for those looking after the server as will be a guide for the future.

after one hell of a fight I got my Mag 254 to the setup page and manually removed the test site and the box returned to like it was when I bought it....I reloaded the test site and the receiver failed again when I try to reboot portal.....problem on my end seems to be the test site
for some reason......I'm sure the problem will be found and cured as there is enough of us that have the same problem......the Mag 254 works
totally normal until portal is reinstalled????? cheers for now.....ht

First thing first.
Thank you NFPS for the PPV event
other providers charged 10-15- 20 or more to whatch the stream.
Now we have to understand wich device where cut it off.
My mag254 was ok
Android stb emu was blocked.
I use an old phone (AtrixHD with hdmi port) Dual core - 1.2 Gz - ocverclocked 1.7.

Please list device that where on and device that where off yesterday.

I had the fight on both Kodi on my computer and on Rocket. Bless Rocket because they even had it in HD. For those that missed the main fight, it was not very exciting.

In my opinion, in order for this service work correctly, the video techs are going to have to create different server accesses. ex. one server access for international and one for USA channels, just like IKS Rocket separates the different video services available. Server 0001, 0002 etc., that way the servers won't overload with traffic all at once.

well this is free they know what they are doing its still in testing stage we all forget that and for me really only had a big problem so far
