AVOV not working

I just received 2 avov boxes and neither one will connect to server,I have e-mailed seller justandroidtv 3 times now and have not got a response yet,also e-mailed avov.tv and no response either.I would like to send back for replacement or repair.

you put in server addy ,seems strange both would be not connecting.

I just wanted to tell everyone what an awesome job AVOV & justandroidtv are doing.they got both my avov boxes backs working great now and did not even have to ship back to them.Thank you Justandroidtv. Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well what did you have to do to get it back

I sent 3 e-mails asking for advice and suggestions to AVOV & justandroidtv.gave them my S/N for each avov box that would not connect to their server.they e-mailed me back 2 days later and resolved the problem.all is good now.

oh! I forgot I had to do a factory reset and the avov updated itself through the internet connection.internet must be connected for this to take place.
