WHERE TO BUY 254 IN USA - now that we have information for canada

I need to purchase another Mag254 - bought it originally from Ebay - but - now see mention of the fact that CLONES are out and about and to buy from someone that you know - is there a company/someone that this site would recommend.

Also will need to buy additional programming when the Mag254 is received - can you give the site to pay for ROCKET donations - can't seem to find the site myself. I thank you in advance.
