I am having a problem with it rejecting my mac address. Am I supposed to just use the six last #s. Mine starts with 82 not 00. New to iptv.

the prefix must be 00:1A:78

Does not matter what your actual devices MAc is.. that is not in play.

BUT
what you do is use the correct Prefix of 00:1A:78 and then borrow your devices last 6 digits and add them to that 00 prefix.. Link that at website and enter onto Stalker

do you have to use the last six digits of the device or can you use a mac generator to create one with the correct prefix?

Yes you can use any six in the prefix
